How does the processing work?
Typically we process orders on the same day, during high demand please allow up to 1-2 days for processing. If an item goes out of stock, processing time might be slightly longer, but you will be made aware of any delays.

What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. If you still intend to return the product, then you have to bear the shipping charges. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement. If you’ve received a defective product, send us pictures of the damaged item within the span of 48 hours of order delivery and upon the same product or an alternative product of your choice failing to be in stock, we will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 7 working days (after the product reaches us). The refund shall be made online mode. Orders once placed, cannot be canceled.
My package was returned to the sender what should I do?
If your order was marked returned to the sender, it is most likely due to an address issue. Please send us an email with your order number and confirm your shipping address. If we receive your order back without prior contact first, we will reach out via email, and allow 14 days for a response. If we do not receive a response after those 14 days, a refund will be issued for the products purchased, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
What if the product doesn't fit will it get exchanged or returned?
